No Children under the age of 16 years, and no pets, due to the owners having pets them selves
The cottage has its own private patio/terrace with garden furniture and bbq, and direct access to the pool.
The front stable doors leads directly into the Kitchen / Dining area, which has a tuffeau stone fireplace with log burning fire, exposed tuffeau stone walls, original terracotta tiled floor with rugs. It is simply furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people, and has a fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, washing machine, gas oven and 5 ring hob, microwave, toaster etc. The view from the kitchen is onto the terrace, and paddocks abd woodland beyond.
The doorway from the kitchen leads to a small corridoor, to the left you will find a snug, again simply furnished sitting room which has a door with a direct access to the terrace. It has a large sofa, radio/dvd player, electric heater, and stonewalls.
The bathroom has a white basin and toilet and shower enclosure which is tiled. It has a terracotta tiled floor and mats.
The downstairs double bedroom has 2 chests of drawers, a small clothes hanging space, and a queen size bed, again with a terracotta tiled floor and rugs, and has views accross the fields to the villages beyond.
The stairs from the kitchen are very steep, and are not suitable for elderly or persons with a disability
On the first floor is a large double bedroom with a French style bed, exposed beams, and a wooden floor covered with seagrass matting. It has hanging space for clothes and a chest for storage.
All bed linen, house towels and pool towels are included.
